Indoor use only. Recommended to keep away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve the wool, finish and fabric colour.

Made with 100% local, Merino wool, a natural and sustainable fibre developed through WoolDreamers. Slight variations in the wool texture and hand-finished details are a mark of its handmade nature.

How to care for:
Brush gently with a soft wool brush or vacuum carefully with a soft brush attachment. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh cleaners that may damage the wool surface. Professional upholstery cleaning only.

Lead Time:
We make all of our products to order. The current lead time is 6-12 weeks for production.
Production and lead time begins with payment receipt.

Order is final once invoice payment has been made. Once production has begun, any payment made is non-refundable. Please choose carefully, as all of our pieces are hand made to order.

We offer a White Glove service on all our bespoke items. Get in touch for shipping quotes.

On acceptance of an order, we may confirm the period of shipment or delivery. This is subject to change depending on your destination and any circumstances that are out of the control of The LAB.

For international deliveries, The LAB takes no responsibility for any taxes or duties incurred once the products leave the hands of The LAB.

A TRIBUTE TO WHITE GOLD...

Lanum speaks of wool not as a simple fibre, but as a sofa with origin, patience and value. Once known as white gold, wool came from the land, from flocks and from hands that knew how to transform it into warmth. From this forgotten richness, Lanum was imagined: a sofa that looks back to old drawing rooms and carries their quiet elegance into today’s home.

...AND THE BEAUTY OF WHAT IS HIDDEN

Its curved silhouette recalls furniture made to remain — pieces that gathered conversations and carried the soft presence of a lived-in home. The curved arms echo the gesture of braided cord, while the dressed base gives the sofa the presence of something carefully clothed. On the back, a triangular composition turns what is usually hidden into a surface to be admired. Wool becomes drawing, ornament and memory. Lanum is an heirloom sofa dressed in white gold, designed to live through time.
